A choral piece for solo voices: over 70 personal views, singular perspectives on the world, fragmented impressions of current uncertainty that invite the viewer to reflect. Each image is an intimate portrait of its creator, images from friends and family members, distant acquaintances and unknown persons who create illustrated postcards and selfies of their inner self: a colored patchwork of ordered, harmonious chaos, sensations, thoughts, memories, expectations, loneliness and hope. Many “islands”, surrounded by the sea, separated from each other by the sea yet united. Similarities of humanity in which each individual is different seen close up and similar seen from far away, inhabiting the warp and woof of the fabric of existence.
