Il rumore dell’erba

Directed by

Angelo and Luca are the last residents of two ghost towns in Valcamonica. They remain with their memories, while the valley depopulated, leaving deserted village centers and abandoned stone houses that crumble or are razed. The local population has left them for the modern row houses and housing developments built near the ski areas to accommodate summer and winter tourists. An inexorable process in which the memory of times past collides with evolving change seemingly unaware of an identity of place.
