Labor exploitation is a common problem in agriculture. A group of field hands see the possibility of finally having a contract and working under decent conditions during the orange harvest in Calabria. Five days into the harvest, however, the promise of a contract is broken and the harvest is halted, with the laborers in the orange orchards awaiting a decision.
