Children are ancient tribal creatures that mysteriously went extinct within a few years. All that remains of them are images: photos and films taken around the world during incomprehensible rituals. A researcher inherits a diary from a colleague who has left for the Amazon rain forest in search of the last child tribes. The film is composed of archival footage.
