Tamboro, which in Ingariko means «for everyone, without distinction», Sergio Bernardes's last work (he died during filming), depicts the complexity of contemporary Brazil, as told by Leonardo Boff and other intellectuals: the country's striking contradictions from Amazon deforestation to rural plight to growing urban crime.
