A long journey to Tibetan refugee settlements in India to investigate the current situation of Tibetan culture in exile more than 40 years after the Chinese invasion. The journey begins with the Shoton, the annual Tibetan theater festival held in Daransal in the presence of the Dalai Lama, who also appears in the video speaking about the Tibetan theatrical tradition. Among other situations, the video presents the Kalachakra initiation ritual in Kinnaur, Western India.
