In Val Badia, on the slope of the Dolomites, Tobias runs a family farm. A microcosm in which each part of daily routine has its place and pace, where man and animal are linked in a chain that begins with the birth of the animal, grown and grazed, then slaughtered and eaten at the table by the entire family.
