This documentary tells the story of Palestinian refugees in the Gaza Strip, forced to emigrate in 1948 for political reasons. The refugees are now facing a new emigration: this time, nature is their enemy. The story's protagonists describe their miserable lives in the camps and the dual suffering of the poor who must also overcome the forces of nature. This is a story of the sea and of refugees.
