La rivoluzione della cintura

Directed by

What happens when a hamlet does not have a well-designed landuse plan? Such is the case of Mappano, a hamlet located between four small towns on the outskirts of Turin (Caselle, Borgaro, Leinì, and Settimo) that wants to become a municipality. A case of administrative fragmentation that creates problems for residents and an example of a fringe that wants to reinvent itself as a center. As with many other urbanized areas that have become dormitory neighborhoods in search of an identity, developing the landscape could be a way forward.
