A girl walks around in the centre of Milan while a rubbish van is emptying garbage bins. The girl crosses a street where the waste of a local street market is still visible. While she walks thinking about a scene of Sex, Lies and Videotape, she imagines the rubbish producing more rubbish, in a never ending cycle.

About the Movie Ho il rifiuto

“Clean up the world” starts in Australia in 1989 and moves to Italy in 1994. It is the most important international event of environmental voluntary work, involving more than 100 countries all over the world. Over 500,000 citizens joined the 1999 edition, going down the streets to clean 3500 areas in 1300 Italian towns: adults, children, families, schools, associations who answered Legambiente's call. For the 2000 edition held on September 24th, Tele+ produced 15 short films (3-11 minutes long) entitled La monnezza (Rubbish), in collaboration with Legambiente.
