Cafeteria Man

Directed by

A unique experiment involving 83,000 Baltimore schoolchildren: wholesome, green school lunches prepared from certified local products and fresh meat. Behind the initiative was the charismatic Tony Geraci, New Orleans chef and head of the city’s school food services, with the participation of teachers, parents, farmers and cooks. The idea was to spread the culture of food and provide the community’s younger citizens with a healthy diet.
