biography
Scrittore e documentarista per il cinema ed emittenti televisive tedesche e internazionali, ottiene premi come il German Environmental Media Award, l'Atlantis Best Film, l'Eating City Special Award e l'Econsense Journalist Award. Il suo Taste the Waste (2011), seguito da Food Savers (2013), è stato distribuito in 30 Paesi nel mondo. In seguito ha realizzato, tra gli altri, 10 Billion - What’s on your Plate? (2015) e Dream On! Yearning for Change (2021). È co-fondatore della piattaforma nazionale di condivisione degli alimenti foodsharing.de e della Federazione internazionale dei giornalisti per l’ambiente.
