Zug Island

Directed by

From the industrial complex on Zug Island, on the American-Canadian border, comes a disturbing hum, known as the  “Windsor Hum”. A sound technician starts looking for the source of this strange acoustic emission, meeting several people that have been forced to put up with decades of uncontrolled industrial devastation. An investigation into an ecocide perpetrated in the age of unregulated capitalism, with a language that combines cinema-verité, investigative documentary, and poetic essay.
