About the Movie Vita di vetro
The film was made during the Cinema Workshop lessons at the Primo Liceo Artistico in Turin, led by Gian Carlo Povero.
«For several years, the Film Lab at Primo Liceo Artistico has identified animated film as the medium most suited to its artistic vocation. The lab's production has been predominantly experimental, alternating the classic techniques of animation masters with digital works created with cutting-edge software. This past year [2008] we felt the need to address not only the technical challenges of the medium, but also the communication of a concept through storytelling. The environmental theme seemed like an excellent starting point due to its relevance and the way it was perceived and experienced by young people». (Gian Carlo Povero)
