The Weather War

Directed by

Harnessing the weather to human design has been one of mankind’s eternal dreams. And a dream the Swedish artist duo, Bigert & Bergström, pursue as they explore the Tornado Belt in the U.S. Midwest, notorious for the frequency of windstorms, to test the effectiveness of a tornado deviator they have invented. They discover how meteorology has evolved with military technology to become the new science of geoengineering and its applications on the physical environment to counteract climate change.
