The Closing of a Refinery

Directed by
The closure of a major oil refinery in northern Portugal was not met favorably by the local population. Frustrated by the failure to find the causes for public discontent yet determined to understand whether the closure could have a real effect on climate change, the filmmaker ran a CHATGPT query. The conversation with this natural language processing model ended in an incoherent though unique answer to the big issues of sustainability.
