Super Size Me

Whether you like it or not, fast-food is here to stay: fast, convenient, economical, and rewarding. It satisfies the typical needs of today’s lifestyle. Though at what cost? In America about 37% of children and adolescents are too fat and two out of three adults are overweight or obese. Is it because of lack of self-control or are the fast-food chains to blame? Morgan Spurlock interviewed experts in 20 cities in the United States, including Houston, the ‘fattest city’ in America. On his journey, Spurlock even put his own health at stake by feeding only at McDonald’s for a whole month - with astonishing results.
