Porto Marghera: inganno letale
Directed by
For forty years the indifference of the Italian ruling class about the petrochemical sector caused the death of hundreds of workers affected by prolonged exposure to toxic substances. Over that period of time Gabriele Bartolozzo, a worker fighting against the Porto Marghera industry, collected evidence which led to one of the most famous Italian trials. Despite the charge of manslaughter and environmental disaster, the managers of the biggest factory in Europe have been recently acquitted.
