Natur unter Betchuss

Directed by

Entire areas contaminated by nuclear radiation, millions of tons of weapons sunk at sea, or territories devastated by chemical agents, not to mention the massive polluting emissions from military vehicles around the world. The environmental impact on our planet is, and has been, devastating in recent decades of warfare. This is what Max M. Mönch tells us, guiding us on a journey through a century of warfare, from the European battlefields of the First World War to the Soviet nuclear waste lying off the coast of Norway, passing through the rivers and lands of Vietnam irreparably polluted by US Agent Orange.
