A year-long observation of one of the highest cableways in the world, located on the Italian side of the Mont Blanc massif. A place in which this structure and people challenge the limits of nature. The transformation of this extreme landscape is in constant evolution and the view is spectacular. Tourists always try to capture that amazement with a photo, but way too often the mountain ends up being relegated to a simple backdrop for pictures. The film explores the relationship between technology, tourism and mountaineering, modernity and natural environments, image and experience: showing the daily routine at the Skyway hour-by-hour.
