I globalizzatori

Directed by

Globalizators deals with the issue of globalization by presenting an inquiry which is an exemplary case of investigative journalism. Barnard's research takes us to meet representatives of major globalizing institutions, such as IMF, of well-known non-governmental and environmental associations and of trade unions. From this investigation emerges the dark side of globalization: its effects on the economy and health fields, the lack of democratic transparency in decision-making, the collusion between institutions in charge of control, such as FAO, and the involved lobbies and multinationals.
