With a keen eye for a fried slice of British life, this film takes us from the Savoy Hotel to the last lorry driver's suburban bar, investigating the greasy trail behind the English passion for eggs, bacon, mushrooms and beans. On the way we discover the benefits of the extra pint or pints at 7am with a nice black pudding, while a prominent politician shares bacon and sausages with his nonagenarian mother and explains his idea of a healthy diet.
So, get up early tomorrow and help yourself to the best meal of the day.
