Following the teachings of wise, old Maria, Severino cultivates garlic in the traditional manner on the Monfrina hillside of the village of Mombello in Piedmont. There is a time to sow, a time, to grow, a time to harvest: the natural rhythm of farm life and the natural growth cycle contained in a garlic plant.
