Die 4. Revolution – Energy Autonomy

Directed by

A world where energy will be produced by renewable, clean sources and accessible to everyone: a utopian idea or a dream with a concrete possibility of happening? And if it does happen, it would mean a fourth industrial revolution driven by self-sufficient energy (no longer coal or oil or atomic-powered) and would resolve problems of social and economic injustice throughout the world. A series of projects (like a building that can produce more energy than it consumes) set up in various different countries (Germany, Mali, Bangladesh) demonstrate that a different future is possible.
