Delirio a Mantova

Directed by

With irony and wit this docu-fiction starts off with an amusing monologue by the main actor: even Mantua, known the world over for its beauty and history, has fallen prey to bad land-use practices. New housing developments; shopping malls; an electric power plant; cementation of green areas; highway construction; a race car track with an amusement park; all projects that have degraded a once intact territory and alienated it inhabitants.
