Studia alla Film Academy di Vienna. Realizza numerosi corti dedicati alla musica e all’arte prima di dirigere il lungometraggio Plastic Planet (2009) selezionato e premiato in numerosissimi festival. Seguono Population Boom (2014), Green Me Award come miglior documentario, e The Green Lie (2018), premiato alla 21^ edizione del Festival CinemAmbiente.
