Unlearning
Directed by
Unlearning is a “journey into the essential” which takes Lucio, Anna, and Gaia through ecovillages and communities and encounters with itinerant families, in their quest to “know better the people who had the courage to change”. A family-driven documentary that tells a true story - definitely not from an objective point of view - of an ordinary family: mum (an anxious teacher on salary-freeze), dad (a TV director sick of repetitive formats), and daughter (a 5-year-old at the mercy of the events around her). On each leg of the tour they meet children, new lifestyle models of family, education and nutrition: they are all seekers of a more humane lifestyle in closer contact with nature.
