Tra natura e quota - Giovanni Storti sopravvive alle Alpi Apuane

Directed by

On a virtual excursion with her followers, Giovanna Storti takes us to the Apuan Alps where we hike the equipped trail/aided path, Italy’s oldest via ferrata, from the Orto Botanico Pellegini-Ansaldi to Monte Nora and Monte Procinto. It’s an ideal occasion to discover the balance between lightness and the magical depth of wild terrain, while reflecting on the threats to preserving this landscape. The key idea is biodiversity, defined as “the richness of life on our planet”. Created in collaboration with the Italian Alpine Club (CAI), this documentary is intended to raise public awareness of safety during mountain hiking, which has become increasingly important due to changes in the environment.
