The Lost Whales

The discovery of a small group of Southern Right whales, south of New Zealand, has provided a reminder of the horrors perpetrated against this species in the recent past. It is a testament to the immense efforts to protect what remains of this species that highlights new research techniques through stunning images of whales, plankton and the wild submarine environment.
