Directed by

Rumidjah is a Christian and lives in the chaotic Indonesian capital with her son Bakti and her niece Tari. She witnessed the strong tensions that shook the country from the fall of Suharto in 1998, up to September 11th 2001, which worsened relationships between Christians and Muslims. She considers the idea of moving out to the quieter and safer countryside when her son decides to convert to Islam in order to marry a girl.
