The construction sector carries the highest risk of accidents claiming hundreds of victims every year. The routine application of existing safety regulations does not make building sites safer, instead, it takes continuing theoretical and practical training. We follow a small camera crew around construction sites, posing ourselves the question of what value such efforts have in the market of public works contracts.
