PVC: What is the Problem?

PVC poses two main problems: the toxic ingredients used in its production and the question of dismantling it at waste sites. At the current rate, by the year 2020 Europe's garbage dumps will contain more than 7 million tons of PVC. This film was shot at a plant belonging to the Solvay Group.
