Ochre and Water

Directed by

Globalization calls for a revision of the David and Goliath story. Namibia is faced with the two faces of development and so-called progress when the construction of new dams for hydro-electric power threatens the nomadic lifestyle of the Himba shepherds, an ethnic minority fighting off a veritable giant that wants to wipe out age-old traditions and ways of life.
