Mut

Directed by

The daily routine in a mountain pasture, an allegory of summer grazing in the “mut” or “mountain” in the Bergamasco dialect, that repeats itself from dawn till dusk year in, year out. Through the eyes of two young animal breeders and their parents we learn how the life cycle in this area reflects the bond between man and beast and family relationships expressed through gesture, emotions, and silence in touch with nature.
