Minuscule

The miniature universe that lives and moves among the blades of grass in a meadow: ladybugs, ants, snails, caterpillars, bees, and other little animals go about their myriad daily adventures in this fun and innovative animated series. The scientific precision of a National Geographic documentary, thanks to 3D animation mixed with live footage, surprisingly marries with the explosive humor of American cartoonist Tex Avery, creator of unforgettable characters such as Daffy Duck and Bugs Bunny.

Ladybug (6'): The adventures of a ladybug: chases, the fight for survival, cunning... and a spider that always comes up empty-handed.

Catapult (6'): Insects and small animals land on a corn leaf, but they're all catapulted away. A cricket, which is actually the catapult's true engine, remains hidden. The only one who isn't caught is the ladybug, who avenges all the other animals...

Move It Away (6'): A beetle drags along a piece of poop it's fond of. Suddenly, it sees another beetle with a larger piece of poop and tries to steal it. While the two are fighting, they see a third beetle with an even larger piece of poop. The two follow it. But, in the end, neither gets what they want.

The Ants (6'): A team of ants finds a surprising loot: an entire box of sugar cubes. After various adventures, they manage to bring it to the anthill, but they don't use it to stock up on food, but rather to build a pyramid.

Prisoner (6'): A bee accidentally enters a house and tries every way to get out. She'll be helped by a fly, which, with a trick, will open an escape route for her.

«The success of this miniseries resides in its quick-fire gags, sense of humor, fleshing out of the characters, and the sound effects, particularly the noise. A real treat».
