A Missionary's adventure in a remote mining village in Bolivia, and the story of mountain people struggling to maintain their dignity and way of life in the face of ruthless market pressures that threaten their survival each day. The film recounts the villagers’ recovery of an abandoned hydroelectric plant in the hopes of sustaining the region's development and guaranteeing the villagers’ autonomy through the use of clean and renewable energy resources. Thanks to the hard work and determination of locals and outside volunteers, this dream is about to become a reality.
