Claudio Beltramelli is a vegan and single-handedly manages his farm in Valcamonica. He is also an atypical farmer, practicing traditional agriculture without the use of any mechanical means. Marked by the rhythm of the four seasons, we follow the daily life of a man who, over the course of fifteen years, has achieved almost complete self-sufficiency. This radical and unconventional choice does not isolate him from his own time, but rather provides him with a unique perspective on it, addressing crucial issues such as vegetarianism, mindful eating, respect for nature, and degrowth.
