Il Pavone Alfonso (Le nuove avventure della Pimpa)

Directed by

Vain Pimpa! In front of the mirror he tries out various hairstyles, strutting his stuff.

But a beautiful sunshine and Armando urge her to go out into the open air.

She meets Alfonso, a peacock who is so vain that he doesn't want to play with her for fear of ruining the feathers of his beautiful ‘wheel’, and a dishevelled little stork whose unruly feathers Pimpa cuts off, using them to play Indians with him and to fill a soft cushion.

Lastly, we see a smug Armando contemplating in the mirror his unusual ‘Rudolph Valentino’ hairstyle: he too has become vain, just like the Peacock Alfonso!
