Earth: One Amazing Day

Directed by

An amazing journey to discover the surprising power of nature. Over the course of one day we follow the trail of the sun, from the highest mountains to the most remote islands, from exotic jungles to urban grids. Five years of filming to capture the Earth’s wonders, the creatures inhabiting it, and the intricate balance that regulates life. Narrated with a sense of humor, intimacy, and emotion, the natural world is revealed through its pristine landscapes and the animals at home there: a zebra pony trying to cross a swollen river; a penguin risking death to feed its family; a herd of sperm whales sleeping vertically, and a sloth looking for a mate.
