Die Erbauer

Directed by

Three men start building a city from scratch. The desert landscape surrounding them begins to change and through the thick fog emerge the first buildings, some factories and smoke from smokestacks. When all is done and the city has grown, the night becomes a kaleidoscope of light patterns reflected by the windows and the buildings, giving way to an empty snow-covered landscape.
