Published on the Trancemedia.eu platform, this documentary is the result of 5 years of investigations into the appropriation and exploitation of natural resources in Italy. Projects like the 878 km long Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) connecting with the Trans Anatolian Pipeline (TANAP) to facilitate gas supply to South Eastern European countries, the Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) for the U.S. Department of Defense, with a land station located in Sicily for satellite communication, and the Turin-Lyon high-speed rail line are all examples of a model of economic development with a high environmental impact that the affected populations no longer uncritically accept but rather strongly oppose in favor of sustainable development.
