Looking at himself in the mirror, a man notices a lump in his head growing bigger and bigger as days go by. With horror he realises a cherry tree is growing on his head, which causes him imaginable problems and increasing distress until one day he opts for the drastic final solution. Everything seems to be over but in fact in place of the tree he now bears a hole which the citizens use as a swimming pool… This short film is the modern interpretation of a traditional story brought on the brink of paradox and absurdity and topped with visionary and surreal inventions.
