biography

He grew up in Montreal and Miami and he has been passionate about the world of food since a
very early age. His Overalls & Aprons (2015) addresses the subject of food sustainability and suggests the consolidation of local production systems as a possible solution. Cru makes a further step forward in this direction with its depiction of France’s cheese heritage and the resistance of producers to defend it.
