He was born in Vichy in 1942. Keen on horses, since 1989 he has made several documentaries about them which include L'homme à cheval (auteur) sur l'histoire de l'Équitation (1998), L'Éducation du jeune cheval (1996) and 4 documentaries for Le Magazine du Cheval (1995-1999) all for France Ouest.
