biography
È nato ad Odessa nel 1947. Nel 1971 si è laureato presso il Technological Institute di Odessa e nel 1982 presso l'Institute for Theatre, Music and Cinematography di Leningrado. Dal 1974 lavora per la televisione di Minsk. Dalla fine degli studi ha girato più di 20 documentari e lungometraggi.
