biography
È nato a Ulan Bator nel 1959 dove si è laureato in giornalismo. Dopo la caduta del regime sovietico è stato direttore della televisione mongola. Ha scritto e prodotto il film Lacrime di Lama (1992). È editore del Mongolian Independent Business Times.
