Ha collaborato con la Deutsche Welle, ha diretto la compagnia teatrale Berliner Compagnie ed è stato corrispondente per la rivista Arda. Si occupa di produzione cinematografica dal 1988 ed e' amministratore delegato della fechnerMEDIA.
