A selection of moments from Beppe Grillo's show interspersed with images testifying to the immense damage being done to nature and human life. The performance of the popular Italian comedian is used as a leitmotif, a pretext and an underlining element of an in-depth excursus on the contradictions of the energy supply system and the consumption of raw materials in the West. Interesting examples of sustainable energy policy are collected from Switzerland and Germany, and become food for thought and biting satire with good possibilities in the educational field.
