Images of a typical river landscape in Northern England, taken throughout the year, depict the entire life cycle of giant hogweed, a toxic, highly invasive, and invasive plant species that has rapidly taken over the entire landscape, displacing native species. This important document highlights the threat posed by this plant, but also reveals its striking beauty.
