Recup is a journey to discover the various ways unsold food can be recycled. The starting point is Milan, where charitable organizations work in the food distribution chain, then continuing to recent initiatives at neighborhood food markets, from “Daily Bread” to “Food Bank”, from the market in viale Papiniano to the Discosoup in Nantes. The story of the men and women who devote their time to fighting against food waste and hunger.
